How Ask answers
Ask answers from your analysed saves and the web, and shows exactly which saves it used.
Ask reads your library to answer a question. It looks up the saves that fit, reads what was understood from them, and answers with source cards for the saves it used. Tap a card to open the save.
What Ask can read
- Analysed saves: their transcripts, text, pictures, pages and files.
- The web, when a question needs something your saves don't have. It says which pages it read.
- Who posted a save, when the save carries it.
Ask only says a save contains something when it has read it. A save that has not been analysed is known to Ask only by its title, link and note. See Saving and analysis.
Ask about one save
On a save, choose Ask about this to ask only about that save. The suggested questions under it send as soon as you tap them.
Ask messages and your plan
Ask messages are part of your plan's allowance, shown in the app. Searching this help centre never uses them.
