Clipmine

Terms of Use

Last updated October 6, 2026

The agreement between you and Clipmine when you use the app and website.

By using Clipmine (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

Who provides Clipmine

These terms are an agreement between you and Alonzo Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales, at Unit 501 Leroy House, 434-436 Essex Road, London, United Kingdom, N1 3FY (“we”), which provides the Service. Contact: [email protected].

The Service

Clipmine keeps the things you save, can analyse them, and answers questions about them. You can use it as a guest or with an account. Features differ by plan (Free, Plus, Pro) as described in the app.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. A guest library is tied to its phone; we can't recover it if the phone or app is lost before you sign in.

Plans and payment

Plus and Pro are auto-renewing App Store subscriptions, billed weekly, monthly or annually at the price shown before you buy. They renew until you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your App Store subscriptions. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Allowances (such as analyses and Ask messages) are shown in the app and may differ by plan; unused allowance doesn't carry over unless the app says so. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription.

Your content

What you save stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only to provide the Service to you — for example to analyse it, answer your questions and sync it. You are responsible for having the right to save and use what you save, and for how you use what Clipmine produces from it.

Content from others

Saves often point to content owned by others. Clipmine keeps the link to the original and doesn't claim ownership of it. Analysing a save doesn't give you rights you didn't have.

AI answers

Summaries and Ask answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Check what matters against the original, which each answer cites.

Acceptable use

Don't use Clipmine to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to attack or overload the Service, to get around its limits, or to access someone else's library.

Connected tools

If you connect an AI assistant through MCP, its provider's terms also apply to it. You can disconnect it at any time.

Ending

You can stop using Clipmine and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change or stop features; if we stop the Service, we'll give you a way to export your data first.

No warranty, and limits

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you saved from others. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

We update the date above when these terms change, and tell you in the app if a change matters.
