You had an account
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account. With Plus or Pro, Cloud Sync brings your saves, collections and conversations back. The list arrives at once and the results follow in the background.
You bought a plan without an account
Use Restore purchases with the same App Store account you paid with. It brings back the plan. It can't bring back a guest library that was never in an account.
