Sign-in methods
Add Apple or Google to the account you're signed in to, so either one opens the same library.
An account can be opened with Apple, with Google, or with both. Adding a second method doesn't make a new account; it opens the same one.
Add a method
Signed in, go to Account & settings → Sign-in methods and add the one you are missing. Keep at least one; to remove one, add another first.
In the Clipmine app: Open sign-in methods
“This account opens another Clipmine account”
That Apple or Google account already opens a different Clipmine account, so it can't be added here, and the two accounts aren't merged. To open that account, sign out and sign in with it.
