Managing or cancelling a subscription
Change or cancel in your App Store subscriptions. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
Plus and Pro are App Store subscriptions, so they are changed and cancelled there. Open Manage subscription from your plan, or in iOS go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Changing plan
Choose another plan or period on the Plan page. The App Store shows what you'll pay and when the change starts before you confirm.
Cancelling
Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your plan stays on until the end of what you've paid for. Nothing you saved is deleted when it ends.
