Cloud Sync
With Plus or Pro and an account, your library is kept in your account and comes back on any phone you sign in to.
Cloud Sync keeps your library in your Clipmine account. It comes with Plus and Pro, and needs you to be signed in.
What syncs
Your saves — including Archive, Trash and your edits — your collections and your Ask conversations. Notification history stays on each phone. Photos, videos and files aren't downloaded to every phone; they open from your account.
It turns on by itself
Signed in with Plus or Pro, Cloud Sync is on. You can turn it off on one phone in Cloud Sync; nothing is deleted, and your other phones keep syncing.

When two phones disagree
The latest change to each detail wins. A note changed on two phones before they caught up keeps both versions, marked so you can choose. Deleting for good always wins.
